 | Amy Anderson, Health Service Coordinator BA Social Science, Washington State University Amy joined the COHE team in November 2017. Prior to joining COHE's
Kennewick office, Amy worked the past four years in direct patient care and
residential services providing support to the mental health population. She
brings with her over 20 years of business management and project management
experience. Amy is passionate about providing excellent services to those she
works with in the community. |
 | Lisa Archer, Surgical Health Service Coordinator BA Industrial & Organizational Psychology, Western Washington University Lisa joined the COHE team as a Health Services Coordinator in February 2009. She became a Surgical Health Services Coordinator for L&I's Surgical Best Practices Pilot in October 2014. Lisa previously worked as a Field Consultant for the Idaho Industrial Commission, for a number of years as a private Vocational Rehabilitation Consultant in eastern Washington and in social services for the State of Washington. Lisa enjoys the challenge of a new pilot, working with surgeons, employers and patients to assist during recovery and with return to work. |
 | Bethany Brotherton, Health Service Coordinator BA Law and Justice, Central Washington University Bethany
was born and raised in the Yakima Valley. Prior to joining COHE in October
2014, she worked as a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor for over 12 years
providing vocational services to the Yakima, Tri-Cities, and Wenatchee areas.
Bethany is credentialed as a Certified Disability Management Specialist
(CDMS). Bethany works in our Yakima office and serves providers, employers, and
injured workers in central Washington communities. |
 | Tiffany Elkins, Health Service Coordinator Assistant Tiffany joined the COHE team in September 2018. After
spending 8 years working for a COHE credentialed provider, she is eager to use
her clinical experience with Worker's Compensation, Self-Insured and State
Labor and Industry claims to grow in the COHE position. She also brings with
her 15 years of administrative and management experience in healthcare as well
as working for a local structural and civil engineering firm. She enjoys
working in health care and serving the Inland Northwest. Tiffany was born and
raised in Northern Idaho and moved to the Spokane area in 2012. She enjoys
spending time with her family, friends and enjoys all the outdoor activities
the Northwest has to offer, some of her favorites being hiking, trail running
and biking. |
.jpg?n=3213) | Pattie Frazier, Health Service Coordinator BA Health Service Administration, Eastern Washington University Pattie joined the COHE team in 2011 as a
Health Services Coordinator. She previously worked in human resources at St.
Luke's Rehab and prior to that, worked in neurology, imaging, and mental health
clinics. Pattie is eager to utilize all resources available for injured workers
during the COHE intervention period. |
 | Bridget Garner, Health Service Coordinator BA Sociology, Eastern Washington University Bridget Garner is a Spokane native. Prior to joining
COHE, Bridget specialized in organ, tissue and cornea donation as a Hospital
Development Specialist, Account Manager in Eastern WA and Northern Idaho for 9
years. Bridget's account management skills and experience with families in
crisis gives her over a decade of practice in coordinating complex and
life-altering cases. Bridget is passionate about assisting injured workers,
employers and providers in Eastern WA. She enjoys spending time with her
family, hiking and volleyball. |
 | Carlie Harding, Health Service Coordinator MS Biology, Washington State University Carlie joined the COHE team in early 2019. Prior to
COHE, Carlie completed a master's degree in biology and has 7 years of combined
experience working with providers as part of a patient care team. She
previously worked in admissions at a rehabilitation hospital on the east coast,
and is eager to implement her knowledge of insurance verification as it
pertains to this position. She also worked for a crisis hotline and has a deep
understanding of how physical limitations can impact mental health. Carlie was
born and raised in Pennsylvania and moved to Washington in 2016. Her interests
include traveling, volunteering to help animals, and reading scientific
literature. |
 | Kari Isaak, Health Service Coordinator BS Safety & Health Management, Central Washington University Kari joined the COHE
team in 2010 as a Health Services Coordinator for Yakima and the
surrounding area. She previously worked with Yakima Valley Farm Workers Clinics
as a Safety Coordinator over the Environment of Care for all of the YVFWC
facilities. Kari's responsibilities include serving providers, employers and
workers in Yakima County and the central part of Washington State. |
 | Pete Phillips, Health Service Coordinator BS Fitness and Sports Management, Central Washington University Pete joined the COHE team as a Health Services Coordinator in October 2011. Pete brings with him over a decade of experience working in the Self-Insured Workers' Compensation arena as a Labor Relations Coordinator and an Absence Management Coordinator in both the construction and healthcare industries. Pete is located in COHE's East Wenatchee office and will be serving providers, employers and workers in the North Central Washington region. |
 | Carmen Rivera, Health Service Coordinator BA Chicano/a Studies, California State University Northridge Carmen
was born in Central America and raised in Los Angeles, California. Prior to
joining the COHE team in March 2016, Carmen worked as a Bilingual Customer
Service Specialist for Labor and Industries for 3 and half years and prior to
that served as the Administrative Assistant for the Adult Basic Education
Department at Wenatchee Valley College. Carmen is located in the Wenatchee
office and enjoys helping injured workers, providers and employers strive for
the best experience throughout the claim process. |
 | Kathy Woodfield, Adminitrative Services Associate of Arts, Spokane Falls Community College Behavioral Science, Southern California Kathy joined the COHE team in December 2011, previously working for the INHS Foundation. Native to Inland Northwest. She brings over 20 years of experience in finance, office management and grant writing with a great eye for detail, organization, evaluative development and implementation of best practices within the department she supports. She looks forward to providing superior customer service to all clients, health care providers and business served through the Center of Occupational Health & Education. |
