Lisa joined the COHE Team as a Health Services Coordinator in March 2009. She previously worked in workers' compensation for the State of Idaho Industrial Commission, and as a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor in Spokane and the Tri-Cities. She also has experience from her work with State of Washington Employment Security Department. Lisa has taken the lead on some of the COHE community outreach efforts. She enjoys meeting all of the COHE providers and employers, and assisting injured workers in their efforts to get back to work.
Lorrie Anne Brown

Lorrie Anne joined the COHE Team in May 2012, serving as the Provider Relations Coordinator. She previously worked at St. Luke’s Rehabilitation Institute, as the Program Coordinator for the Structured Intensive Multidisciplinary Program (SIMP), and as the Administrative Assistant to the Directors of Therapy Services. Lorrie Anne works in our Spokane office to help serve the providers, clinics and hospitals in Eastern Washington.

Pam Cromer serves the Eastern Washington COHE as Lead Health Services Coordinator. Before joining the COHE team, Pam worked as a vocational rehabilitation counselor for 12 years. She brings extensive experience in work injury management, return-to-work strategies and is recognized for her professional service by the region's businesses and health care system. She has been with the COHE since 2003. Her duties as the health services coordinator include facilitating communication between physicians, employers and injured workers and providing case management for workers on temporary disability in the COHE catchment area of 16 Eastern Washington Counties.

Ben joined the COHE team as the Business Services Manager in August 2012. Before joining the COHE team, he worked for a non-profit trade association, covering a 5-state territory as its Business Manager. His experience included running the association’s Retrospective Rating (Retro) group. His experience with L&I also includes writing insurance premium checks as a business owner. Working out of our Spokane office, Ben is involved in business development and strategic planning, providing business and financial leadership for COHE.

Pattie serves as a Health Services Coordinator with the COHE team. Prior to joining us, she worked with Human Resources at St. Luke’s Rehabilitation Institute. In addition to her degree in Health Services Administration she sought advanced training in the WSU Spokane Master in Teaching and Learning program. Her career includes experience in physician practice coordination, supervision in neurology and imaging services, accounting, property management, and financial and social services with DSHS. Pattie works closely with Pam and Lisa in our Spokane office serving our customers in Eastern Washington.
Lisa joined the COHE team as a Data Entry Specialist in July 2010. She brings considerable administrative support experience from previous healthcare-related employment in the Spokane area. She has a reputation for establishing a good rapport with all the customers she works with.

Kari joined the COHE Team as a Health Services Coordinator. She previously worked with Yakima Valley Farm Workers Clinics as a Safety Coordinator over the Environment of Care for all of the YVFWC facilities. Kari's responsibilities include serving providers, employers and workers in Yakima County and the central part of Washington State.
BS Business Administration, Central Washington University
Mariana was raised in Sunnyside Washington. She attended Heritage University for two years and then transferred to Central Washington University. After graduating in March 2001 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, she worked for attorneys, Smart, Connell, Childers & Verhulp for 9 years as a legal assistant and managed their workers compensation claims. Mariana then accepted a position at Lourdes Occupational Health as a Case Coordinator. It was there she gained significant experience managing patient care, working with Labor and Industries documentation, processing medical care referrals and requesting authorization for diagnostic studies. As Health Services Coordinator, Mariana will be working to improve quality, cost effectiveness and consistency of care for injured workers in areas of Benton, Franklin, Grant, Adams and Yakima counties.

Pete joined the COHE Team as a Health Services Coordinator in October 2011. Pete brings with him over a decade of experience working in the Self-Insured Workers’ Compensation arena as a Labor Relations Coordinator and an Absence Management Coordinator in both the construction and healthcare industries. Pete is located in COHE’s East Wenatchee office and will be serving providers, employers and workers in the North Central Washington region.

Tessa joined the COHE team in August 2012, as a Data Entry Specialist. She studied the Medical Office Specialist Program through Spokane Community College. She brings to COHE an eye for detail, general office and computer knowledge, compassion and a friendly smile.

Kathy joined the COHE team in December 2011, previously working for the INHS Foundation. Native to Inland Northwest. She brings 23 years of experience in finance, office management and grant writing with a great eye for detail, organization, evaluative development and implementation of best practices within the department she supports. She looks forward to providing superior customer service to all clients, health care providers and business served through the Center of Occupational Health & Education.
