Lisa joined the COHE Team as a Health Services Coordinator in March 2009. She previously worked in workers' compensation for the State of Idaho Industrial Commission, and as a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor in Spokane and the Tri-Cities. She also has experience from her work with State of Washington Employment Security Department. Lisa has taken the lead on some of the COHE community outreach efforts. She enjoys meeting all of the COHE providers and employers, and assisting injured workers in their efforts to get back to work. 
Pamela Cromer

Pam Cromer serves the Eastern Washington COHE as Lead Health Services Coordinator. Before joining the COHE team, Pam worked as a vocational rehabilitation counselor for 12 years. She brings extensive experience in work injury management, return-to-work strategies and is recognized for her professional service by the region's businesses and health care system. She has been with the COHE since 2003. Her duties as the health services coordinator include facilitating communication between physicians, employers and injured workers and providing case management for workers on temporary disability in the COHE catchment area of 16 Eastern Washington Counties.

Lisa (call me Jo Jo) joined the COHE team as a Data Entry Specialist in July 2010. She brings considerable administrative support experience from previous healthcare-related employment in the Spokane area. She has a reputation for establishing a good rapport with all the customers she works with. Jo Jo is a native of Moscow, Idaho but now makes Spokane her home.

Dr. Dan Hansen is a board certified chiropractor with over 26 years clinical experience and brings an extensive list of credentials and attributes to St. Luke's and the COHE Project. He has served the COHE since 2002. For the COHE Project, he serves as Proram Director . Dr. Hansen has received specialized training in matters of guideline development and quality improvement from the Institute for Healthcare Improvement in Boston; and advanced training in business management from Cox School of Business, Southern Methodist University, Dallas TX. Dr. Hansen is published in textbooks and refereed journals on the topics of managed care, guideline development, quality improvement for multidisciplinary practice, and presented scientific papers at national and international health care symposia.

Kari joins the COHE Team as a Health Services Coordinator. She previously worked with Yakima Valley Farm Workers Clinics as a Safety Coordinator over the Environment of Care for all of the YVFWC facilities. Kari's responsibilities include serving providers, employers and workers in Yakima County and the central part of Washington State.

COHE welcomes Kristi to our front office team as an Administrative Assistant and Data Entry Specialist. She comes to us from Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center Emergency Department where she has been an ER Secretary. Originally from Michigan, she makes her claim as a Michigan State Spartan.

Tom works as Health Services Coordinator in the COHE project. In the six years prior to coming to COHE, Tom was employed as a Consultant for the Idaho Industrial Commission. Tom possesses diversified experience within occupational health, safety, and disability management. Tom has taken an active role in leading the outreach to the business community in the COHE catchment area. He has been with the COHE since 2007.
Carol Thornburg

Carol's extensive experience in provider relations at Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center & Children's Hospital is a valuable asset to the COHE team. Carol co-developed a function of Workforce Relations, extending outreach and education to workers and worker organizations. She supervises our front office staff and directs our Provider Relations functions and is our 'go-to' person for all provider questions and resource needs. Carol has been with COHE since 2007.
